Yeshua, King of kings vs. Corporate, Political and Religious Power Elite

I’ve made a connection today that hurts my heart.

Jerusalem, the beloved city, represents and is actually now the seat of the physical manifestation of the reign of Messiah Yeshua on our planet Earth.

Zechariah 14:4-9 (TS1998) 4 And in that day His feet shall stand upon the Mount of Olives, which faces Yerushalayim on the east. And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two, from east to west, a very great valley, and half of the mountain shall move toward the north and half of it toward the south.
5 And you shall flee to the valley of My mountain – for the valley of the mountains reaches to Atsal. And you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziyah sovereign of Yehuḏah. And יהוה my Elohim shall come – all the set-apart ones with You.
6 And in that day it shall be: there is no light, it is dark.
7 And it shall be one day which is known to יהוה, neither day nor night, but at evening time there shall be light.
8 And in that day it shall be that living waters flow from Yerushalayim, half of them toward the eastern sea and half of them toward the western sea, in summer as well as in winter.
9 And יהוה shall be Sovereign (King) over all the earth. In that day there shall be one יהוה, and His Name one.

Representative (hostile) forces from the UN/Europe, Christianity (via Roman Catholoicism) and Islam (via militant Islamists in Egypt, Iran, etc.) seek to usurp this seat of power for themselves.

So I’m seeing the orchestrated madness of all the combatting forces (they often battle amongst themselves for supremacy over each other) confused, clamoring, scratching, biting one another to get to the “top of the heap” … Jerusalem… where they can exert their “supreme” power over planet Earth.. from the one and only SEAT of POWER in Jerusalem.

I’m praying that I’m made ready in alignment with the One True Power, the Sovereign One, Yeshua, who has chosen Yerushalyim as His dwelling place among His humanity, His chosen Bride. Nothing else really matters.

But what can we do to stand up for this Truth? What’s a practical way to NOT “forget you… O Jerusalem” (Pslam 137:6)(below)

I have been thinking of this phrase sent forth as a proclamation of sobriety for all the people of the Earth in this hour – as it was for the Germans of World War II –

Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.—Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Hint: there’s already an abomination in place on the holiest place of all, in case you haven’t noticed. It may not be precisely on the very spot where YHWH has chose to place His manifest authority, but, even if it isn’t no other power is closer than that “palestinian” Waqf.

I say, in the light and sight of Yeshua, that’s just plain Waq.

Psalms 122:
1 I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go into the House of יהוה.”
2 Our feet have been standing Within your gates, O Yerushalayim!
3 Yerushalayim is built As a city that is bound together,
4 Where the tribes have come up, The tribes of Yah, A witness to Yisra’ĕl, To give thanks to the Name of יהוה.
5 For there the thrones of right-ruling were set, The thrones of the house of Dawiḏ.
6 Pray for the peace of Yerushalayim, Let those who love You be at rest.
7 Peace be within your walls, Rest in your citadels.
8 For the sake of my brothers and companions, I say, “Peace be within you.”
9 For the sake of the House of יהוה our Elohim I seek your good.

Psalms 125:
1 Those who trust in יהוה Are like Mount Tsiyon – It is not shaken, it remains forever.
2 As the mountains surround Yerushalayim, So יהוה surrounds His people, Now and forever.
3 For the sceptre of wrongness shall not rest On the land allotted to the righteous, Lest the righteous stretch forth their hands to unrighteousness.
4 Do good, O יהוה, to those who are good, And to those who are upright in their hearts.
5 But those who turn aside to their crooked ways, יהוה shall lead them away With the workers of wickedness. Peace be upon Yisra’ĕl!

Psalms 128:
1 Blessed are all who fear יהוה, Who walk in His ways.
2 You shall eat the labour of your hands. Be blessed, and let it be well with you.
3 Let your wife be As a fruit-bearing vine within your house, Your sons like olive plants all around your table.
4 Look, so shall the man be blessed Who fears יהוה.
5 יהוה shall bless you out of Tsiyon, And let you see the good of Yerushalayim All the days of your life,
6 And let you see your children’s children! Peace be upon Yisra’ĕl!

Psalms 137:
1 “By the rivers of Baḇel, There we sat down and we wept As we remembered Tsiyon.
2 We hung our lyres Upon the willows in the midst of it.
3 For there our captors Asked us for the words of a song, And our plunderers for rejoicing, saying, ‘Sing to us a song of Tsiyon!’
4 How could we sing the song of יהוה On foreign soil?
5 If I forget you, O Yerushalayim, Let my right hand forget.
6 Let my tongue cleave to my palate, If I do not remember you, If I do not exalt Yerushalayim Above my chief joy.
7 Remember, O יהוה, against the sons of Eḏom The day of Yerushalayim, Who said, ‘Lay it bare, lay it bare, To its foundation!’
8 O daughter of Baḇel, who are to be destroyed…” (mentions wrath of the Day of YHWH)
